Execution Nears For Dayton Convicted Killer
State lawmakers said a Miami Valley convicted killer is set to be executed
in late July.
Darrell Ferguson, 25, of Dayton, pleaded guilty in the stabbing deaths of
3 people in 2001. All of the murders came as Ferguson robbed his victims
for money to buy drugs.
A 3-judge panel gave Ferguson the death penalty. He told the court if
given the chance to win his freedom, he would likely kill again.
Fergusons execution date is set for July 26.
